Anna Silberman is the Vice President, Preventive Health Services Department, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Her responsibilities include the strategic development and operation of The Highmark Preventive Health Network and worksite health promotion for group accounts, including the Highmark employee preventive health program.

Her prior positions were President and CEO of Lifestyle Advantage, a subsidiary of Highmark, Vice President of HealthPLACE and Executive Director of the Health Education Center.

Ms. Silberman serves on the Boards of the Alpha House Residential Treatment Facility, Anti-Defamation League, the Collaboration for Healthcare Renewal Foundation, Health Promotion Advocates, The Mentoring Partnership of Southwestern PA and she is a member of the Pennsylvania Public Health Association, Society for Public Health Education, Inc., and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Ms. Silberman has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.
